AI Support has been trained on the articles on Shibumi support materials to provide on-demand help with solution configuration. Now, App Admins can get precise answers to their questions in real-time, directly in the app via chat in natural language.
Available on Templates and Dashboards, AI Support interprets questions and looks through all relevant support materials to provide a comprehensive answer. As a result of this improvement, App Admins are able to accelerate their configuration efforts and deploy their Shibumi solutions faster without the back and forth process of navigating to specific support site articles in order to find the configuration steps required.
Note: AI Support sources all responses from our Support Site and will provide links to the articles it uses to formulate the response.
