The Shibumi AI uses a Large Language Model (LLM) to provide five AI offerings via natural language prompts:
- AI Support: Provides on-demand assistance for configuring and navigating solutions in Shibumi. AI Support is trained on Shibumi documentation and support materials and is available on Templates and Dashboards. Users can ask configuration-related questions, and the chatbot searches relevant documentation to return guidance and recommend next steps.
- AI Analyze: Evaluates program data to provide insights about work item value, risks, timelines, dependencies, and prioritization. AI Analyze interprets configured attributes and program structure to answer questions about both program performance and how work is organized and managed within the solution.
- AI Create Dashboard: Enables quick, interactive dashboard creation using natural language prompts. Available on newly created Dashboards, the chatbot responds to suer prompts to configure dashboard components such as tables, cards, and page filters.
- AI Recommend Content: Allows for the generation of one or more Work Items from a Table section based on details provided by both the App Admin during configuration and the user filling out supplemental information.
- AI Recommend Value: Allows for automated program updates of fields on Edit Forms based on details provided by the App Admin during configuration, the user filling out supplemental information, and the aggregation of child values.
