Overview
The Shibumi AI Chatbot uses a Large Language Model (LLM) to provide four AI offerings via natural language prompts:
- AI Support: Trained on Shibumi support materials to provide on-demand help with solution configuration. Available on Templates and Dashboards. Users can ask configuration-related questions and the bot will look through applicable support materials to provide a response.
- AI Analyze: Provides insights about a work item’s value, risks, timelines, etc. In our initial release, the bot is looking at a set of configurable scores to prioritize/rank work items.
- AI Create Dashboard: Allows for quick, interactive dashboard creation. Available on newly created Dashboards, the Chatbot will respond to your prompts to configure a dashboard including a table, cards, and even page filters.
- AI Recommend: Allows for the generation of one or more Work Items from a Table section based on details provided by both the App Admin during configuration and the user filling out supplemental information.
