Advanced Administrative Notice:
- Coming with Release 247.0 on May 30, Admins will manage Open Resources centrally from a new App-level interface, which will be renamed as Placeholders. Existing Placeholders (Open Resources) will be migrated automatically – no action is required to retain current assignments. Users will no longer create Placeholders through participant selection, bulk edit, or import. Instead, they will continue assigning Placeholders to roles as needed, but Admins will maintain the roster of available Placeholders.
