Issue Resolutions:
- SSO configurations don’t take affect on all pods during SSO configuration setup
- Shibumi invites being sent to SSO required users
- Mixed case username in Safelist causes user to be Safelist restricted
- Presentations with custom sections fail to publish
- Service accounts can’t access enterprises where MFA is required
- Reintroduce cookie to track user domain so that users don’t have to re-enter their email address
