Access & Collaboration Overview

To use Shibumi:

  • You must be invited to the application. When you respond to your first invitation, you will set up a login account. You’ll use this account for all future invitations.
  • Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see the work items you were invited to. Your ability to edit content depends upon your role on the work item and permissions defined by the Enterprise and App administrators.
  • All users that can view a Shibumi work item can view and participate in discussions. Only users with an explicit role on a work item will receive email notifications about discussions on that item. If a user without a direct role assignment starts or replies to a discussion, he/she is assigned the Viewer role.
