Some APAC clients have been having issues connecting to the Shibumi system, mainly due to some countries blocking websites and changing their rules as to what is “allowed” traffic. The team at Shibumi has come up with a couple possible solutions to this issue, depending on the circumstances. If this problem arrises within your solution, please follow one of the guidelines outlined below:
- Clients can have their users log into a VPN, so long as their company policy allows for the use of a VPN.
- Clients can set up a proxy server and route all Shibumi traffic via that server.
